International Shipping Policy
We have partnered with a third party to service our international customers.
Once you have created your shopping Cart, choose the "Secure Checkout" button. You will then be automatically transferred to a page where you will be provided with international shipping costs as well as duties and taxes for your shipment. Upon completion of your order, your credit card will be charged for the entire purchase. We will ship the goods to the third party distribution facility where they will process the order and transport the goods to your international address. There are no additional fees or registration processes with this service.

Returned Shipments Policy
If you are unable to receive your order or have given the incorrect address to Intelligent Nutrients, you will be charged for the re-shipment of any orders returned to us, as well as any additional charges that Intelligent Nutrients incurs. Please make sure to double check and verify your address on each order you place with us.
Free Shipping Policy
Free FedEx SmartPost Shipping is valid for online purchases of $75 or more. Eligible customers must select this option at checkout in order to receive free shipping. Offer is good for the order's first "ship-to" address anywhere in the 48 contiguous United States. If you choose another shipping option, additional charges may apply. Not valid on shipments to Alaska, Hawaii or international locations.
Expedited Shipping: Orders in before 11am CST / 12pm EST ship same business day. After 11am/12pm ship next business day.
FedEx Ground: Guarantees Delivery within 3-5 business days in the continental United Sates (not available to Int’l, Alaska or Hawaii locations).
FedEx 2 Day: Delivery within 2 business days to most U.S. locations (not available to Int'l locations). FedEx 2 day delivery is required in shipping to Hawaii and Alaska but may take longer than 2 days to arrive.
FedEx Standard Overnight: Guarantees next business day delivery by 3:00 pm (not available to Int'l locations, Alaska or Hawaii).

Intelligent Nutrients will accept a return on products purchased directly from our US website or our Customer Service Team within 30 days of purchase. Please contact Customer Service for more information on returning a product.
Products not purchased from an authorized Intelligent Nutrients retailer are not eligible for return.
NOTE: For purchases made at a retailer other than Intelligent Nutrients, please contact them directly for return policy and procedure.
