Use your ring finger when applying eye gel since it has the lightest touch. Start application at the inner corner under your eye and gently tap in gel following a semi-circle up to your brow bone. This will also help to stimulate circulation. Avoid applying on eye lids. Pinch brows gently in pulses of 3 counts to help stimulate the nervous system, so product circulates into areas of concern better.
