Intelligent Nutrients, a Minneapolis based certified organic health and beauty company, is seeking a highly motivated and upbeat Customer Service representative for our call center in NE Minneapolis. This position will serve as a member of the Customer Service team and will be responsible for overall support of the sales team, including answering, screening and directing calls to the appropriate persons. Responding to questions and orders over the phone as well as data entry and tracking orders.
Must have exemplary customer service skills, ability to multi – task and work independently with attention to detail and accuracy. Minimum of 2 years in admin/support role, knowledge of beauty or salon industry a plus.
