Ralph Diaz
Ralph has been a hairdresser for almost 42 years. He grew up in Wichita, Kansas where he attended beauty school as they called it back then. Ralph moved to Manhattan, Kansas and attended Kansas State University where he got a degree in Clothing textiles and fashion design.

Ryon’s career began in 1999 at the Aveda Institute in Minneapolis. She realized early on that Aveda was much more than a beauty school or a product line, it was a lifestyle, a gathering place for creatives from all over the world that took pride in their work and the company they were a part of. Horst’s vision and the foundation he created was such an inspiration to be a part of.

Sarai Gillmore
Sarai has always had many passions. Being brought up in a rural farm community, she was taught the importance of what went into the soil. Making sure we treated the earth as kind as it was to us to grow the produce we ate and used. Wanting to share this knowledge she went on to conservation speaking clubs. Explaining the importance of what we put in our water tables and soil.

Lindsey sees the amazing job of being a hair designer as a wellness experience that’s centered on the powerful ways in which she can serve her clients. The very best part of Lindsay’s job is getting to meet amazing people and witness their true nature. Hair is an avenue to discover so much more about people than what’s at first glance.

Hilary Bilstad Nelson
At 17 years of age, Hilary made the move from Cheyenne, Wyoming to New York City studying and receiving her early education in cosmetology from the Aveda Institute (2003). Through her work with her mentor, Jillian Dempsey, founder of Delux Beauty, she found inspiration and courage.
