Directions

1. In a diffuser, place a few drops on or in a diffuser. Begin diffusing this Sleep Aid Remedy at least a half hour before going to bed. If you are using an electric diffuser, let it diffuse all night long. 2. As massage oil: massage a few drops into the bottom of your feet or on the back of your neck. 3. In a bath, mix 15-20 drops in milk or unscented shampoo and dispense under warm running water to disperse the Sleep Aid Remedy into the water. Relax in warm bath for 20-30 minutes. 4. On a cotton ball: place a few drops of Sleep Aid Remedy on a cotton ball. Place the cotton ball on or under your pillow or on a ceramic plate on your nightstand.
