Direct Customers

Intelligent Nutrients will accept a return on any product purchased by a direct consumer within 30 days. We will stand by the guarantee on our packaging. As with all Intelligent Nutrients products, if you are less than totally satisfied, please call Intelligent Nutrients for a full refund.

With a receipt Intelligent Nutrients will: exchange the product for the same or different product of the same value.

NOTE: For purchases made at a retailer other than an Intelligent Nutrients retail store, phone or webstore, please return product to that location for a full refund.

Period After Opening

PAO notation is on all of our products. You can find this information on the logo featured on our products. Feel free to contact Customer Service with any additional concerns.

Backorder Shipping Policy

If you have placed an order with Intelligent Nutrients and the item is on back order, the item will automatically be shipped and you will be notified via email by Customer Service when it comes into stock. Your credit card will initially be pre-authorized, but you will not be charged for any product until it has been shipped. Shipping fees will not be charged on any backordered product. Please call customer service for further assistance with any backorder issues: 1.800.311.5635.

International Shipping Policy

Currently we are not fulfilling international orders via our website. If you would like to place an international order, please email Customer Service or call 1-800-311-5635 during the hours of 8:30-5:30 CST for information regarding our International distributors so that you may contact them for orders.

Returned Shipments Policy

If you are unable to receive your order or have given the incorrect address to Intelligent Nutrients, you will be charged for the re-shipment of any orders returned to us, as well as any additional charges that Intelligent Nutrients incurs. Please make sure to double check and verify your address on each order you place with us.

Free Shipping Policy

Free FedEx Ground Shipping is valid for online purchases of $75 or more. Eligible customers must select this option in checkout in order to receive free shipping. Offer is good for the order's first "ship-to" address anywhere in the U.S. If you choose another shipping option, additional charges may apply. Not valid on international shipments.

Domestic

Expedited Shipping: Orders in before 11am CST / 12pm EST ship same business day. After 11am/12pm ship next business day.

FedEx Ground: Guarantees Delivery within 3-5 business days in the continental United Sates (not available to Int’l, Alaska or Hawaii locations).

FedEx 2 Day: Delivery within 2 business days to most U.S. locations (not available to Int'l locations). FedEx 2 day delivery is required in shipping to Hawaii and Alaska but may take longer than 2 days to arrive.

FedEx Standard Overnight: Guarantees next business day delivery by 3:00 pm (not available to Int'l locations, Alaska or Hawaii).
