INTELLIGENT NUTRIENTS RETURN POLICY
Direct CustomersIntelligent Nutrients will accept a return on any product purchased by a direct consumer. We will stand by the guarantee on our packaging.
"As with all Intelligent Nutrients products, if you are less than totally satisfied, please call Intelligent Nutrients for a full refund"
With a receipt Intelligent Nutrients will:
- Exchange the product for the same or different product of the same value
- Refund for cash or check purchase (cash refund for a personal check must occur five business days after the original purchase)
- Credit charge account for a refund with Credit Card purchase
NOTE: For purchases made at a retailer other than an Intelligent Nutrients retail store, phone or webstore, please return product to that location for a full refund.
RetailersIntelligent Nutrients will accept a return on foods and coffee within 15 days of purchase and all other products within 30 days of purchase. Purchase date must be verified in the customer history. The product shall be returned to us to receive an even exchange, IN credit or money back.
ShelflifeTo determine if your products are expired, please call our Customer Service Department at 1.800.311.5635. Our manufacturers suggest a shelf-life of 2-3 years, after which our products do not become toxic, they just loose their effectiveness.
Our manufacturers suggest a shelflife date of three years. To determine the start date you should refer the customer to the lot code on the box and contact an IN Sales Representative for further information.
SHIPPING POLICIES
Backorder Shipping PolicyIf you have placed an order with Intelligent Nutrients and the item is on back order, the item will automatically be shipped to you when it comes into stock. Your credit card will initially be pre-authorized, but you will not be charged for any product until it has been shipped. Shipping fees will not be charged on any backordered product. If you have chosen COD as your method of payment, Federal Express will still require you to give them a check when the product is delivered. Innercalm IN-Fused Summer Shipping PolicyIntelligent Nutrients, LLC always strives to ensure your order is delivered to your doorstep in excellent condition. During the summer months there will be additional shipping components. These components will ensure that the temperature is controlled while your chocolate order is in transit.
International Shipping PolicyWe're sorry, we are currently unable to accept orders to be billed or shipped to destinations outside the U.S. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Returned Shipments PolicyIf you are unable to receive your order or have given the incorrect address to Intelligent Nutrients, you will be charged for the re-shipment of any orders returned to us, as well as any additional charges that Intelligent Nutrients incurs. Please make sure to double check and verify your address on each order you place with us.
Shipping to PO Boxes and Military Addresses (APO, FPO)United States Postal Service is the only delivery service that will deliver your order to a PO Box or Military address. Federal express will not deliver to a PO Box or Military address. USPS delivery option begins at $5.00 and increases by weight. NOTE: This shipping method does not offer a tracking service.
SHIPPING OPTIONS
Domestic
UPS Ground: Guarantees delivery within 1-5 business days in the continental United States (not available to Int'l, Alaska or Hawaii locations)
UPS 2 Day: Guarantees delivery within 2 business days to most U.S. locations (not available to Int'l locations). Fedex 2 day delivery is required in shipping to Hawaii and Alaska.
UPS Overnight: Guarantees next business day delivery by 3:00 pm (not available to Int'l locations, Alaska or Hawaii)
USPS Domestic: United States Postal Service Domestic must be used for orders being sent to PO boxes or Military addresses (APO/FPO) and typically delivers within 5-7 business days. USPS does not provide tracking numbers for standard shipping; notify an Intelligent Nutrients Sales Representative for lost or mis-delivered packages.
